FEATURES

The model is characterized by a front with teardrop lens compartment, classic of one of the vintage styles that marked the history of eyewear fashion: the Pilot one, celebrated in dozens of author productions of world cinema, but which above all influenced the Panorama Fashion since its early days. These glasses still represent an almost essential must-have , imbued with a unique and genuine vintage taste. Become a real cult because the shape is inspired by those seen worn in the epic film: TOP GUN! The frame is in metal, with photochromic glass lenses (UV400 - cat.0 in the initial light state and cat.3 in the darker state after light exposure), and is available in 2 versions: one with Classic front and the other with Sweatband. Standard size for adults and young people, therefore suitable for most faces.

TECHNICAL NOTES AND CARE

Photochromic lenses are lenses that, when exposed to UV radiation or sunlight in general, make a transition: in fact, they initiate a reversible chemical reaction and darken. Once the irradiation of light or uv rays disappears, they gradually return to the initial state of transparency. These lenses protect against UV rays and solar glare like sunglasses, although they cannot replace them in all situations.
We recommend not to leave the glasses with the lenses facing down and not to store them without the case. Avoid keeping them very long in places exposed to high temperatures.
