1. Terms of Sale

1.1 Purchase Procedure: to purchase, you simply have to follow the standard procedure, selecting the quantity, the preferred product options and confirming in the cart. A few seconds after the purchase you will receive a confirmation by email. NB: By placing the order in the stages provided, the customer declares to have read all the methods provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the conditions set out below.

1.2 Payment and Shipping: to pay for the order, simply select the method chosen in the confirmation procedure. Payments with Paypal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon, Satispay are instant, while if you have selected a different method, please make it within 48 hours. Payments made by bank transfer will be considered concluded once they have arrived definitively or electronically credited. If, on the other hand, you have selected Cash on Delivery (payment on delivery), all you have to do is wait for the delivery by the deliveryman. The shipment will be carried out within 24/48 hours from receipt of payment.

2. Return or Exchange

OcchialiRetro offers all its customers the right to withdraw from the purchase within the 14 days provided for by the regulations in force. Any return involves the shipment of the goods to the sender and, once the integrity of the product has been checked - which must be returned in its original condition - we will replace or refund the product (based on your choice). 3. Invoicing

For those who need to receive an invoice, please fill in all the details of the billing address during the purchase procedure. The SDI Code and / or the PEC are mandatory for the electronic sending of the invoice through the Exchange System.
It is very useful that you also communicate via email the need to receive the purchase invoice, so that we can read it promptly and speed up its issue. A communication via WhatsApp to the number 327-3217739 is also fine.

4. Products - Features and Prices

All our glasses comply with the European Directive 89/686 / EEC according to the standard PR- EN 1836: 2005 / A1: 2007. Our company deals with the design of the most fashionable vintage eyewear lines for our brand. The components are then assembled, by hand, by our international partners. Beware of imitations.

Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the Products published by OcchialiRetro must be understood as inclusive of VAT. The prices of the Products published from time to time by OcchialiRetro cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to their actual availability. OcchialiRetro reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of the products published on its website or in information brochures and advertising material, upon confirmation of the Customer's order. The technical and functional characteristics relating to the products published by OcchialiRetro through its promotional messages and information brochures are those communicated by the respective manufacturers. GlassesRetro assumes no responsibility for the truthfulness and completeness of such information. The Products are not provided on trial. Although the operators of OcchialiRetro can provide information on the characteristics of the products, the Customer is responsible for the choice of the Products ordered.

5. Cash on Delivery Policy

Once the order has been made on delivery, you make a binding commitment to conclude the transaction, paying the amount foreseen on delivery. Last-minute changes are not allowed, once the order is confirmed on the site, it is immediately registered and is ready to be dispatched from the warehouse. So you CANNOT:

- Refuse delivery or not pay the delivery boy, sending the package back.
- Cancel the order when the shipment is already on its way.

You are obviously protected by the Right of Return (point 2), but only AFTER having duly received and paid for the order upon delivery. After this deadline, we will legally entrust our Credit Recovery Agency with the practice of recovering the credit we have from you. And you will respond directly to the agency for further economic and bureaucratic burdens deriving from failure to comply with your obligation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with the provisions of d. lgs. 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or renounce the right to provide the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in place of advance payment.

Method of exercise: To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days following the delivery of the products or within 14 days following the purchase of the services, by sending a communication via registered letter with return receipt (at WonderStore - Viale dei pini sud 129 - 80014 Varcaturo), containing all the information necessary and useful for a correct processing of the return and refund procedure. 8. Applicable law and competent court

This contract is regulated by the Italian law.
In the case of a consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will have jurisdiction, if located in Italy. For any other dispute, the Court of Naples will be competent.
